Building Disputes
Even where homes and commercial buildings are covered by a building warranty or latent defects cover problems can still arise over liability and too often home owners and property managers are left feeling stranded in the middle of two parties defending their positions rather than resolving the problem. We can act as an independent surveyor to facilitate solutions and to crystallise differences so that in the event that legal proceedings are felt necessary to define a point of law both parties are clear on their positions.
