If you have then you need to act quickly. You have 14 days to accept or, if you are not happy with the way the work will be done then you can object. If your neighbour has started work and you don't have a notice then call us immediately.

If your neighbour is frustrating your plans to start work

Has started work despite your objections then we can act on your behalf.

*If the person serving the notice gains the whole benefit of the works then they must pay for a surveyor to mediate any arrangements between neighbours. You can appoint a surveyor but you don't have to pay for your surveyors fees.
If the issue can be resolved amicably do not appoint different surveyors. Both parties can use the same surveyor.
