Acting for building owner; We undertake local searches to obtain ownership details. Prepare and submit the necessary notices to adjoining owners. Prepare, where required, a schedule of condition of the party walls in question. Obtain from the client and professional team all necessary ancillary drawings. Prepare an award and agree detailed terms with the adjoining owner's surveyor; Ensure the work is carried out in accordance with the ward. Conduct negotiations with the adjoining owner's survey/third-party surveyor. At completion of project, review the schedule of condition and agree any remedial works with the adjoining owner's survey/third surveyor

Acting for adjoining owner; We examine notices submitted by the building owner's surveyor, visit the site and/or the project, examine and negotiate the award. Prepare and/or agreed schedule of condition and monitor the work during the course of the building contract to ensure compliance with the award. Conduct negotiations with the building owner's surveyor/third surveyor. At completion of the project, reviewed schedule of condition and agree any remedial works with the building owner's survey/third surveyor will stop

Acting as third surveyor; in the event of a party wall surveyor failing to reach agreement, resolve the dispute by visiting the site and/or project, examining all evidence from both sides, and publishing an award including the apportionment of costs. Conduct negotiations with the building owners survey/adjoining owner?s survey. At completion of the project, review schedule of condition and agree any remedial works with the building owners survey/adjoining owner's surveyor.
