This service is provided for clients who require on site evaluations to help determine the scale of quantum for small to medium cases.

We specialise in the assessment of quantum where information is limited to plans, reports, contracts, photographs. We use a variety of cost models to help establish the quantum of a claim and at a fixed cost.

Many cost models and elemental rates exclude items such as age, whether the building was occupied, the height of the area repaired or whether it was carried out as part of a larger scheme or a one off.

We can also discretely interview people to see if items in the quantum correlate to the figures in the claim. Such issues as quality of materials claimed to those fixed, the time taken and number of operatives required can all have a significant impact.
